Whether the project is small as an interior renovation or as large as a 132,000 sq ft building, we are anchored to our core values; trust, integrity, and customer service, with over 40 years of combined experience and $350 million worth of contracts within the construction industry. Founded in 2015, Biazar Studio is a fully integrated design-build firm with projects ranging from residential renovations to commercial developments.  

Our most notable work includes the buildout of esteemed art galleries in Manhattan, Fifth Avenue residences, and the renovation of prominent historic buildings in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. 

We are most proud of our work constructing temporary housing for hurricane evacuees, affordable housing for our veterans, and our continued mentorship of young adults within Houston and New York City.
